By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

• Understand the concepts and architecture of AI agents and their role in modern AI solutions

• Build, test, and deploy AI agents using Azure AI Foundry and related tools

• Integrate custom tools and APIs to extend agent functionality

• Implement knowledge-enhanced agents using techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Design and develop multi-agent workflows for complex problem-solving scenarios

• Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365 services and enterprise systems

• Use development environments such as Visual Studio Code and agent frameworks to create scalable solutions

• Manage and monitor AI agents in production environments

Before attending this course, learners should have:

• Fundamental understanding of AI concepts and Azure AI services

• Basic knowledge of programming (such as Python, C#, or similar languages)

• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly Azure (recommended)

• Some experience with application development or APIs (helpful but not mandatory)
