Before taking this course, learners should have:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration. 

• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Entra, including users, groups, and Conditional Access. 

• Familiarity with core Microsoft Purview concepts related to compliance and data protection.

• Basic knowledge of identity, access management, and governance principles in Microsoft 365 environments.
